Great product

Great product. Easy to keep on your person. Available when needed.

My own family doesnt respond as quickly to my emails…

Thought they didnt send both my cords (one arrived one day, the other, the next). On the day I rec'd the first cord only, I emailed RollingSquare to alert them of that and they responded within a half hour. They asked for a pic of the contents of that delivery (BTW, they threw in a nice lanyard for free) so they could see what I had rec'd. I did, but I then rec'd the 2nd cord by the following day, so I emailed them back that all was good. They promptly thanked me for that update.

My own family members don't respond as quickly to my emails! Excellent customer service experience. And cords are nice. Except I dont know what that little ellipse-like piece of plastic is for..
