I am very pleased with the design of the Xcharge & love that it charges quickly with my devices. I fought a regular long cord & the key chain short cord. I highly recommend this product. It works well with my Apple products & my boyfriends Samsung products. Convenient all in one.
I really liked the product and I was happy to back them up. The packaging and the build quality was also good thing I will complain about.
I just heard a few suggestions for incharge X. (no complaints) - when I want to use the USB C to Lightning, the shape isn't the best.(using it parallel to a portable charger) -The lightning port kind of heats up not sure if that normal, but it hasn't done any damage.
Everything I expected. Great concept. Will constructed. Charges fast. Compact design. Only flaw is the protective cap. Would like to se integration into the cable itself to prevent loosing it. Other than that highly recommended.
I've bought InChargeX thru IndieGoGo from them. Happy with the handling and the product. Handling was good - they sent an extra form for filling the address and checking options.
