This is a great product and was always going to be popular

To everyone who didn’t get the RS Family Secret Perks…
1. RS have a lot of subscribers and “family” members
2. Everyone would have got the heads up email link
3. This is a great product and was always going to be popular, so you’d have to be quick.
4. There were 500 secret perk spaces available, so again these were going to sell out fast!

You wouldn’t ask a festival to “sort it out” because you missed out on buying gig tickets when they sold out in the first 1 minute…!
