Refund policy

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product price (the original shipping fee is not refunded, except in cases where we have made a shipping error). Return shipping is at your expense: you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns under this guarantee may be subject to a small restocking fee.

 

Only items purchased directly from Rolling Square’s online store will be accepted. If you purchased your items from authorized retailers (online or offline), please get in touch with them directly for returns. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation, where applicable. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged through customer mishandling. All VAT/Import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and are non-refundable.

 

2. EU & UK Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you indicated) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

 

To exercise this right, submit a request through our withdrawal page or contact support@rollingsquare.com with an unequivocal statement of your decision. You must then send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

We will refund all payments received for the withdrawn order, including standard delivery costs (excluding any supplement for a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option), within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof of having sent them, whichever comes first. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; no restocking fee applies to statutory withdrawals.
