I HAVE BEEN A USER OF RS PRODUCTS FOR SOME TIME, AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO 1000S.SINCE THEIR RECENT GROWTH SPURT AND COVERAGE AT CES WOWO WHAT A DIFFERENCE.I HAVE RECEOVED CABLES THAT NO LONGER ARE CONSISTENT, ADAPTERS NO LONGER STAYING ON TIGHT SO YOU FIND THEM NOT CHARGING.ONLY CONFIDENCE LIES WHEN ITS USBC TO USBC.RECENTLY HAD MISSING PARTS IN PACKAGES OF EDGE PRO AND BEEN WAITING OVER A MONTH FOR REPLACEMENTS THAT WERE PROMISED TO BE HERE 3 WEEKS AGO CERTAINLY DOESN NOT FALL UNDER PRODUCTIVITY FOR ME ANYMORE.AND WORSE WHEN I EMAILED NON STOP ABOUT THE RPLACEMENTN WHEN THEY DID FINALLY SHIP IT THJY SHIPPED IT ABOUT THE SLOWST WAY POSSIBLE AND THATS AFTER IT SHOULD HAV BEEN HERE ALMOST A MONTH AGO.DEFINITELY NOT THE COMPANY IT ONCE WAS...
